We'll only call or message you if something about the session has to change unexpectedly — bad weather, for example. Your number will never be used for marketing.

Terms and conditions

Your booking

Submitting this form requests a spot in the selected session — it is not yet a confirmed booking. Spaces are limited, so we confirm requests in the order they arrive and will reply with your confirmation and any payment details.

Cancellations and transfers

If you can no longer attend, please tell us as early as you can — another family may be waiting for the spot. Where a session is paid in advance, we will do our best to transfer your booking to a future session; fees for spots cancelled less than 48 hours before the session may not be refundable.

If we need to make a change

Occasionally we may need to reschedule, relocate or cancel a session due to unexpected circumstances such as bad weather, illness or venue issues. If that happens, we will contact you on the mobile number you provided as early as we can, and you may choose between the new arrangement and a full refund of any fees paid.

Supervision and safety

Our sessions are shared experiences, not a drop-off service. At least one accompanying adult must stay with the children throughout and remains responsible for their care and supervision. Please follow the facilitators' safety guidance during the session.

Health and wellbeing

Please tell us in advance about any allergies, sensitivities or conditions we should prepare for. If your child or their accompanying adult is unwell on the day, please stay home and let us know — we will do our best to transfer your booking to a future session.

Mess, clothing and belongings

Sensory play is joyfully messy. Please dress everyone in comfortable clothes that can get wet or stained, and look after your own belongings — we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during a session.

Photography

We occasionally take photos during sessions to document our work. We will always ask for your consent before taking or sharing any photo in which your child can be recognised, and you are free to decline.

Your personal information

The details you share in this form are used only to manage your booking. Your phone number is used solely to reach you about unexpected changes to the session and is never used for marketing. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

  • We prepare the space, provide the materials and handle the cleanup. You and your child simply arrive ready to explore.

  • Caregivers remain present throughout the experience, offering the familiarity and reassurance children need while sharing in their discoveries.

  • Wear something comfortable, expect a few splashes and let the discoveries begin.
